The Big City Sleepout is our way of encouraging people to spend one night of being uncomfortable and experiencing the sights, sounds and feeling of sleeping rough.

We are looking to get as many people across the City sleeping out over the weekend that marks World Homeless Day (10th October). (6th-8th October) Funds raised will go to running our new Retreat Day Centre.

We are looking for Companies, Churches, Schools, Individuals, Families, Organisations or anyone to sleep in their garden, school, church or at their workplace overnight and raise money for Gloucester City Mission. It can be sleeping in a tent or out in the open. We hope that participants can then raise £100 through sponsors.

We are also once again running a series of sleepouts across the city which you might want to join in with;

- We are hosting our annual sleepout at the Eastgate Shopping Centre where you can either sleep in a shop doorway or we will have a safe and secure area outside as well. (7th Oct)
